What You’ll Do

As the Head of Inbound Marketing, you will be at the forefront of our customer acquisition strategy. You will lead a team, develop creative campaigns, and analyze performance to ensure we hit our ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive inbound marketing strategy to attract, engage, and convert high-value leads.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of content creators, SEO specialists, and marketing analysts.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the production of high-quality content that resonates with our target audience, including blog posts, whitepapers, and webinars.
  • Performance Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
  • SEO and SEM: Implement and refine SEO and SEM strategies to increase organic traffic and improve our search engine rankings.

Who We Need

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about marketing and has a proven track record of driving growth through inbound strategies. You should be a strategic thinker, a data-driven decision maker, and a natural leader.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in inbound marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Track Record: Demonstrated success in developing and executing inbound marketing campaigns that drive measurable growth.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
  • Leadership: Strong team management skills with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
