What We’re Looking For

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
• Tools: Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and other design tools.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final products.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
